Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 0-3 business days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery due to weekends or holidays.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Seralune (“Seralune,” “we,” “our,” “us”) via our website, social channels, or authorized points of sale.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
At Seralune we value the support you show us by purchasing our products and it is on our top priority to bring you the best quality products we can, but unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once a product has been shipped and opened except under specific conditions outlined below.

Return Period

The issue must be reported to Seralune within 2 days of you receiving the product. No returns will be accepted after this period.
In this, only products that are deemed eligible for return will be accepted. Only damaged products that affect the product inside will be considered; outer box damage will not be taken into account.
Additionally, the decision to accept a return will be completely at the company’s discretion.

Unpackaging Video

You must provide a full and complete video of the unpackaging of the product, clearly showing the condition of the item upon receipt. Without unpacking video, no returns shall be entertained.

Order Id Number

You must provide your Purchase Order ID number as received when your order was placed through the Site.

Damaged Products

Only products that are damaged and cause tampering to the product inside will be accepted for return. Damage to the external packaging (box) alone will not be considered valid grounds for return. Seralune will assess the product to determine if it meets the criteria for a return.
NOTE: We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 2-days return policy timeframe and without a video of the unpackaging items and/or package.
Seralune is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
Seralune will not accept product returns for general customer or end-consumer dissatisfaction.

Return Authorization Process

Submit your return query within 2 days of delivery to support@seralune.in with all supporting evidences (video, purchase order number, etc.). No other channels will be entertained for return queries.

After analysis, Seralune will take the final call on whether to accept the return. The decision will be at the Seralune’s discretion.
Once we determine that your product(s) is eligible for return you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the return process.

Refund Process

All reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow 7-14 business days after your package has been received by us to complete your refund process.
