Cancellation & Refunds

At Seralune, we take pride in crafting luxury handmade candles with love and care. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before placing an order on [seralune.in]. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order only until it has been shipped from our end.
  • Once the order is shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
  • If you refuse to accept delivery when the order reaches your doorstep, the payment will not be refunded.
  • To request a cancellation (before shipment), please email us at support@seralune.in with your Order ID.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Our products are handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. However, returns and refunds are only allowed under specific conditions:

a) Return Eligibility

  • Only damaged products that affect the candle inside are eligible for return.
  • Damage to external packaging (box/carton) alone is not valid for a return.
  • The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Unboxing Video Required – A clear, complete video of the unpackaging process showing the damage must be submitted. Without this video, return requests cannot be entertained.
  • A valid Order ID must be provided.

b) Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products returned without an unboxing video or outside the 2-day period.
  • General dissatisfaction or change of mind.
  • Missing or broken items reported without valid proof.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier but claimed as missing.

c) Refund Process

  • Once we receive and verify the return request, our team will assess eligibility.
  • If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the product is refused at delivery without valid damage reasons.
