1. Eligibility & Accounts

2. Products & Descriptions

  • All our candles are handmade; slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur.
  • We strive to represent product images and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device will display colors precisely.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase under these Terms. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion.
  • Payment must be made through the methods provided on our site (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, cards).
  • By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge your method for the order amount including taxes and shipping.
  • If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees (unless specified).
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order with erroneous price or availability.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Orders are processed within 0–3 business days.
  • Additional transit delays may occur due to weekends, holidays, or courier service issues.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
  • Seralune is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by the courier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged products reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Outer box damage is not valid for return; only damage to the actual product inside qualifies.
  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon receipt is mandatory for return requests.
  • A valid Order ID number must be provided.
  • Seralune will review the evidence and has sole discretion to approve or reject a return request.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return/exchange.
  • We do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction or reasons unrelated to damage.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the product.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order only until it has been shipped from our end.
  • Once the order is shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
  • If you deny or refuse to accept delivery at your doorstep, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation requests must be from site or emailed to svyawahare02@gmail.com along with your Order ID before dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Seralune (logos, text, product designs, and images) is the intellectual property of Seralune or used with permission.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or services for:
  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes.
